U.S. Shipping Policy

All domestic orders are mailed via USPS.   Tracking numbers are provided in your confirmation email when your items are fulfilled. We offer Media Mail, First Class Mail, and Priority Mail in the U.S.  The lowest postage is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and class of your items.  Media Mail applies only to Vinyl, CDs and Cassettes and cannot be applied if any non-media items are in the same order.  A $1.50 handling charge is added to all postage calculations to cover the cost of shipping and packaging materials.

International Shipping

Due to recent issues in global shipping, including increased delivery times, cost and extreme weather events, we do NOT recommend shipping vinyl records internationally.  Most of our titles including the new album can be found in stores or through online retailers in the UK and Europe via our UK distributor and we highly recommend you try to order vinyl locally before ordering directly from us.  We unfortunately can no longer cover the cost to replace vinyl that is damaged or lost due to long shipping times and extreme temperatures. CDs are also available from our international distributors.  Soft goods like shirts and posters are exclusively sold directly by the band from our website and we generally have had no issues mailing soft goods internationally.

In addition, due to tracking logisitics and unreliable customs issues, we no longer ship to the following countries:

China
Russia
Iran
North Korea
